On 27th October we celebrated our tenth birthday with a ‘Call My Bluff’ wine-tasting in the packed village hall.  The evening was masterminded by John McDougal who, with his co-bluffers Dave Meager and Isobel Randall, kept us intrigued and entertained.

Warmest thanks to all who joined in the fun and to the catering corps who put on a gourmet buffet.  And a special thank you is due to our MP Andrew Selous, who generously made time to join us at the start of the evening to express his appreciation of our hard work in maintaining the Common and preserving its wildlife.
